Meet Dr. Moody
Dr. Moody did his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. He then earned his dental degree and his residency certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Southern California as well. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His particular clinical interests involve office procedures and implant placement coupled with office anesthesia. His hospital practice is directed primarily toward trauma surgery and orthognathic surgery to correct skeletal jaw deformities.
He and his wife, Katherine, reside in Orange County and have five children. His personal interests involve travel, especially to the Middle East where he conducts group tours and participates in archeological digs.
Meet Dr. Cummings
Dr. Cummings earned his undergraduate degree at UCSD. He finished both his dental degree and his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Southern California. Following residency training, he completed a fellowship in reconstructive jaw surgery in Santa Barbara, CA. Dr. Cummings is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and currently holds a faculty position at the USC School of Dentistry. He has particular clinical interest in dental implants, orthognathic surgery, trauma surgery, jaw pathology, and sleep apnea surgery.
He and his wife, Marian, have two children and reside in Orange County. He enjoys basketball, cycling, and golf in his spare time.
Meet Dr. Balasanian
Dr. Balasanian earned his undergraduate degree at California State University Northridge. He then completed his dental degree at UCLA. Following dental school he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. As part of his residency he earned a medical degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He has particular clinical interest in dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, trauma surgery, sleep apnea surgery, surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders, maxillofacial pathology, and pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery.
He and his wife, Narine, live in Orange County and have two children. In his spare time he enjoys basketball, golf and outdoor activities.
Meet Dr. Caputo
Dr. Caputo grew up in Irvine, CA where he attended Irvine High School graduating in 1994. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from UCSD in Animal Physiology/Neuroscience. The next three years were spent performing research in a laboratory at UCSD studying methods to prevent atherosclerosis. He then moved to Los Angeles and obtained his dental degree from the University of Southern California. Dr. Caputo next finished a residency program in Oral Maxillofacial surgery in Oakland, CA through the University of the Pacific/Highland Hospital. His clinical interests include, but are not limited to, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, dental implants, and jaw pathology.
Currently Dr. Caputo lives in South Orange County and is thrilled to be able to enjoy this wonderful location. In his free time, Dr. Caputo enjoys water and snow skiing, scuba, running, and cooking for friends and family. .
